Cloud Nine is a luxury townhome of 2,385 sq. ft. that has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.  The beds are: 1st floor - queen, 2nd floor - king, 3rd floor - king in master, 3rd floor - 2 twins in guest (can be converted into a king with beds pushed together with a special wedge in between).  All bedrooms have flat screen TV's (we haven't cut the cable, so you'll have 125 popular TV channels) & ceiling fans.  It features an open greatroom on the 2nd floor with a large flat screen TV, surround sound & a fully equipped chef's kitchen.  For family meals, the large dining table can easily seat 8 hungry people.  From the 2nd story deck off the greatroom you have a full view of the ocean!  On the 1st floor covered porch, you can sit & relax on one of the rocking chairs. You can have some cocktails as well!  There is parking in the 2 car driveway & some guest spots along the back driveway.  Since now a recreation room with a full size refrigerator/ice maker/filtered water & ping pong table, no parking is allowed in the garage.  Best of all, is the heated pool, BBQ grills & an exercise facility. 

Although we love pets & have 2 little chihuahuas, no pets are allowed.  Our doggies have never been at Cloud Nine & never will be.  Our policy benefits guests who may be allergic to pet dander.

Included are: freshly laundered bed linens (sheets & pillow cases) delivered from www.linenladies.com in Cape May for you to put on (you'll need to bring your own towels, pillows & blankets), a starter supply of paper goods (toilet tissue, face tissue, napkins & paper towels), 8 beach badges, 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, children's beach toys (a whole chest full), boogie boards, a large cooler on wheels & a smaller carry cooler, a Strolee beach cart & 4 adult size bicycles with helmets & locks.  Plus, a welcome bottle of wine! 

You are sure to have fun playing ping pong.  May the best player win!  We have heard that some play pong.  We do!  Plus, for cold refreshments, right nearby in the garage fridge, your drinks are ready.  Also, you'll have ice for the beach coolers.

Don't worry about loosing the key in the sand!  The doors locks have a code that you enter.  It's a good idea to store the code in your phone.

For safety, there are securely installed (bolted to the walls & banisters) children's gates at the top of the 2nd and 3rd floor landings.

We have an excellent cleaning crew who sanitizes surfaces with a non-toxic (not bleach) solution from www.bioblasting.com in between guests.  They do a fantistic job! 

The perfect location of Seaboard Walk is right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean beach.  It's at the South end of Beach Ave. near The Cove where you can see the Cape May lighthouse.  Aside from the beautiful 3 miles of beaches to relax, there are abundant activities available for your enjoyment.  Please take a look at the Neighborhood tab on this site & you'll see restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops (with their URL's) that are within a 5 to 10 minute walk from Cloud Nine.

For 2018, Cape May Beaches were rated #1 in Best New Jersey Beaches by U.S. News & World Report.  Unofficially, according to Bev & Greg, they will always be the best!  Cape May is "The Nation's Oldest Seaside Resort".

For shopping and restaurants, the Washington St. Mall is less than a 10 minute walk from Cloud Nine.  The mall features many unique seaside shops & 11 restaurants.  Please take a look at www.heartofcapemay.com

During the summer season (June, July, August & September), the rental period is Saturday (check-in 2:00 PM to Saturday (check-out 10:00 AM).  During the off season (the other months), Cloud Nine is available for long weekends (3 night minimum).  For availability any time of the year, please check the calendar on this tour.

Casa Atlantic is located in the upscale Casa Marina District on a quiet shrub lined street that has very little traffic because it is not a through street. This luxury house that was built in 2013 with 1,672 sq. ft. of finished indoor space has everything that is needed, except refreshments and food.  When the 4 decks (1st. floor front, 2^nd floor front, 1^st floor rear, 2^nd floor rear) off the house are included, there is 2,224 sq. ft. to spread out and enjoy yourself.  Plus, a deck with an inground heated (during winter months) 8 x 12 pool, BBQ grill, dining table, and comfortable furniture to enable fun socialization, and much enjoyment.

When relaxing on the rear deck, you are in a private tropical oasis because the property backs up to the Indigenous (original) Forest, that is across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. There is a Gumbo Limbo tree with colorful live orchids that have been grafted into the limbs to add festive colors. 

The inside living space is a great place to unwind after a tough (LOL) day on the beach, shopping, dining, sightseeing, and doing everything else that Key West offers.  Of course, the kitchen is fully outfitted with everything needed for cooking, serving, and eating. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the 1^st floor shares the main bathroom with a shower. On the 1^st floor there are 2 Twin beds. On the 2^nd floor there is a Queen and King Bed. All the 3 bedrooms, have new flatscreen TV’s, ceiling fans, and comfortable bedding. You’ll have freshly laundered linens, blankets, and towels.  On the 2^nd floor there is a desk that you shouldn’t use (LOL) since you are on vacation. Included in the rental price is a mid-stay cleaning.

Living at Casa Atlantic will be like staying in a 5-Star hotel, except that you’ll have much more room, and your vacation party can be all together.  All the boxes are checked!
