Cloud Nine is a luxury townhome of 2,385 sq. ft. that has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.  All bedrooms have flat screen TV's (we haven't cut the cable, so you'll have 125 popular TV channels) & ceiling fans.  It features an open greatroom on the 2nd floor with a large flat screen TV, surround sound & a fully equipped chef's kitchen.  For family meals, the large dining table can easily seat 8 hungry people.  From the 2nd story deck off the greatroom you have a full view of the ocean!  On the 1st floor covered porch, you can sit & relax on one of the rocking chairs. You can have some cocktails as well!  There is parking in the 2 car driveway & some guest spots along the back driveway.  Since now a recreation room with a full size refrigerator/ice maker/filtered water & ping pong table, no parking is allowed in the garage.  Best of all, is the heated pool, BBQ grills & an exercise facility. 

Included are: freshly laundered bed linens (sheets & pillow cases) delivered from www.linenladies.com in Cape May for you to put on (you'll need to bring your own towels, pillows & blankets), a starter supply of paper goods (toilet tissue, face tissue, napkins & paper towels), 8 beach badges, 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, children's beach toys (a whole chest full), boogie boards, a large cooler on wheels & a carry cooler, a new Strolee beach cart & 4 adult size bicycles with helmets & locks.  Plus, a welcome bottle of wine!

You are sure to have fun playing ping pong.  May the best player win!  We have heard that some play pong.  We do!  Plus, for cold refreshments, right nearby, your drinks are ready.  Also, you'll have ice for the beach coolers.

 Don't worry about loosing the key in the sand!  The doors locks have a code that you enter.  It's a good idea to store the code in your phone.

For safety, there are securely installed (bolted to the walls & banisters) children's gates at the top of the 2nd and 3rd floor landings.

We have an excellent cleaning crew who sanitizes surfaces with a non-toxic (not bleach) solution from www.bioblasting.com in between guests.  They do a fantistic job! 

The perfect location of Seaboard Walk is right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean beach.  It's at the South end of Beach Ave. near the Cove where you can see the Cape May lighthouse.  Aside from the beautiful 3 miles of beaches to relax, there are abundant activities available for your enjoyment.  Please take a look at the Neighborhood tab on this site & you'll see restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops (with their URL's) that are within a 5 to 10 minute walk from Cloud Nine.

For 2018, Cape May Beaches were rated #1 in Best New Jersey Beaches by U.S. News & World Report.  Unofficially, according to Bev & Greg, they will always be the best!

For shopping and restaurants, the Washington St. Mall is less than a 10 minute walk from Cloud Nine.  The mall features many unique seaside shops & 11 restaurants.  Please take a look at www.heartofcapemay.com

During the summer season (June, July, August & September), the rental period is Saturday (check-in 2:00 PM to Saturday (check-out 10:00 AM).  During the off season (the other months), Cloud Nine is available for long weekends (3 night minimum).  For availability, please check the calendar on this tour.

Located in North Naples, FL, this Barefoot Beach Club 2 bedroom direct beachfront condo is on the 6th floor of a 7 story art-deco building that is positioned about 50 yards back from the Private Beach and the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the beach!  The nearest heated swimming pool with a hot whirlpool tub is 3 minutes away as well!  On the lanai, you will be refreshed with Gulf breezes!  The condo is so close to the Gulf, that you can hear the sounds of the gentle waves.  And, near the end of every day, as you are relaxing on the beach, or dining on the lanai, you will witness the most spectacular sunsets.  In addition to the breathtaking completely unobstructed Gulf views from all living, dining and master suite windows, you will enjoy picturesque views of Little Hickory Bay from the entrance foyer, kitchen and guest bedroom.  You are completely surrounded by water views!  

After checking in at the staffed guard house entrance and proceeding along Barefoot Beach Boulevard to #267 (building #10) you will park in your own space (D) under the building.  The security coded elevator will take you up to the condo, which has 1,789 square feet of luxuries living space.

The 185 square foot lanai is screened and separated by glass sliders from the main living area which includes: living room, kitchen/breakfast room, master bedroom (king size bed) with a mirrored bathroom that has a shower and a large Jacuzzi tub, 2nd bedroom (2 twin beds) and a guest bathroom with shower.  The master bedroom has Gulf views and the 2nd bedroom has Bay views.  The interior of this professionally designed and furnished condo by Collins Dupont of Naples, has a warm tropical theme.

Everything (except food & refreshments) that is needed for your enjoyment is provided.  The modern kitchen is fully equipped, there are flat screen televisions in the living room and bedrooms with DVD & VCR players and a top quality Sony sound system in the living room.  There is wireless Internet access, a Yamaha bluetooth soundbar, movie & music CD’s, board games, books, and most importantly… beach chairs and plenty of towels.  This condo is constantly maintained to be in impeccable condition.

On the 2nd floor of the private Barefoot Beach Clubhouse building, there is a complete exercise facility with all the latest TechnoGym equipment.  As you are exercising on one of the tread mills, you'll will be looking right at the Gulf.  There is a 2nd 75 feet long heated lap pool with a swim shelf, hot whirlpool, fountains and a top-notch barbecue grill with side burners in the covered outside dining area.  The thick cushions on the lounge chairs make them very comfortable.
